Although St. Basil College will make every effort to maintain
charges at current levels, it still reserves the right to
adjust financial policies in accordance with changing economic
trends.
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
St. Basil College plans its expenses and bases its budget
on the collection of tuition. Since it assumes the obligation
of providing instruction throughout the year on the basis
of the student’s original enrollment in a course at
the beginning of a semester, tuition refunds after the first
five weeks of a semester will not be made. Refunds for withdrawal
in the first five weeks are made on the following basis:
first week 90%
second week 80%
third week 60%
fourth week 40%
fifth week 20%
five weeks none
Refunds on room and board are prorated according to the number
of days lived on campus.
All mandatory fees are non-refundable
Notification of withdrawal given only to the instructor is
not considered official notice of discontinuance. All accounts
are considered active until the date the Office of the Dean
is notified of the student’s discontinuance and permission
is granted.
